Off to a good start!
Well, I reached my first goal - lost 10 pounds. Even though I started the blog in January, I've been working towards that first 10 pounds since the end of November. I have a lot to work on and seem to be taking 3 steps forward/2 steps back. I definitely need to be more consistent with my eating. I joined WW online and have been doing pretty well at tracking, although I seem to have an attention span of about 2 weeks. I do great eating and exercising for almost 2 weeks and see and feel a difference and then for whatever reason, I blow it - big time! I'm back on track and looking to lengthen my "attention span".
